The Impact package is perfect for those looking to improve their health. Your first test will give you a baseline and allow us to generate your action plan. You'll work with expert health coaches to implement that action plan. A 3-6 month follow-up test is included to see the impact on your health scores.
After you purchase we will send two collection kits in the mail. When they arrive we'll guide you through registering your first kit and arranging a blood collection at one of our collection sites.
You can use your collection kits and health coach consultations at any point in the 12 months after you purchase but not after.
